Look who is back!

4 April, 2016

Former pupil Christina Meggs recently returned to Calder House as our special guest for the Gold Class' Assembly.

Christina joined Calder House in September 2007 and spent three years here. At the time, her Mum had to really battle to get Christina placed with us - a story that even made the papers (click here to find out more). However, it was worth it in the end and with the right support (and lots of hard work!) Christina was able to achieve her potential.

Christina recently passed 11 GCSEs (achieving an A*, four A's, three B's and three C grades) and is now studying for A'levels in Physics, Maths, IT and Computer Science at Sheldon.

Congratulations Christina from all your friends at Calder House!
